that ususally do IPO ( public offering of shares et cetera )

Lots of other Chatered accounting firms does the FINANCE for the VENTURE capitalist !  ;)

The " expensive " Premium is added on the the mortgage.

AND you have 25 years amortization to Repay over that 300 payments  ;)

Besides , it is a declining premium amount between 5 % - 15% down payment !

SO is Initial Public Offerings ( IPOs) of shares and debentures in those " acquired " companise !

Investment bankers are also known as Venture capitalists .
