the whole engineering and technical groups were there....

lunch:
3 medium sized Karela
2 fat Green onions
fat, fresh brown or white portobello mushrooms
coconut oil.
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of ground rock salk
pith, wash and slice Karela thin..but not too thin.
wash and slice mushrooms
bash the garlic, take off the skin and slice into many pieces
chop green onions
make ready hot pot into which one teaspoon of coconut oil is dropped. hot and then add garlic to brown, close to burn. add the chopped ingredients with salt. stir and shake for 3-5 minutes. then leave on the hot burner to finish for a few minutes.
spread on clean plate. garnish with some leaf lettuce and slice of tomato if you have.
eat.

Last night I took some Duck curry ovah by this Gyall (purchased at Pam's Court).
she was making fried Ochro, Curry gillbakka with green mango (no aloo)
and some big fat guyana Karila ! ;D
