I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I am so heart-bustlingly proud of the Government of the Republic of Guyana and of her esteemed President, Mohamed Irfaan Ali, who over the past few days, has shown the entire world that he is made of very fine annealed steel.
If a picture paints a thousand words, the photographs from the Energy Conference have written a tome. A biography of a man whose journey is only in its infancy and who, with his steadfast and brilliant partner at his side, may yet help change this tired old world of ours.
Guyana is in very capable hands as she lifts off and begins to soar and I am tremendously glad to have lived to see this day for which I prayed for so very many years.
