she maintains that she didnt apply because of the criteria

when i told her i would apply for any job regardless - she countered with "you can do that externally. Internally the ppl know you and may think you are stupid"

so i said "well, if you apply for a job internally - it should be confidential.  And ppl can think i am stupid when i have the job...i dont let that stop me"

yes, white people all for themselves... see it with my two eyes... and  coldest people you'd ever meet... i don't trust these pppl one bit...

however i  find americans (white) much more friendly ...
