it is major surgery.....and has the associated risks

plus....it is extremely painful....for weeks after
so much so that it is difficult to take care of your own brand new baby :sad:

breast reduction , nose jobs and odda Plastic Surgery.

Laser and other skin cancerous Hair removel et cetera...
