how is this safe from someone stealing the car?

i drove a new Maxima on the weekend and it had the START/STOP button - no key to start the car.

I was just thinking this new tech would make it easier for someone steal the vehicle...am i wrong?

All they would have to do is break in, press the brake and press the START/STOP button and off they go!
